Our studios
Independent living in Saint-Denis d’Oléron
Book one of our five fully equipped studios for a week, located in the quiet courtyard of the building.
Take advantage of the beach a few minutes away, the local shops and the market on the adjacent square.
Layout and equipments
Each studio is equipped with a kitchenette:
2 electric plates, hood, microwave, refrigerator, sink, cupboards with kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, table and chairs.
Double bed 140X200cm and closet
Sanitary : bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
One of our studios is equipped with a walk-in shower and support bars (also for the toilet).
Home linen and leaving housework not included in the service (available as additional services).
Relaxation area : television LCD 25 inches.
Private individual terrace with garden furniture.

Studios rates
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.Possibility to book nights on the specified periods, with a minimum of 2 successive ones.
Deposit of 100€ for validation of the reservation.
100€ deposit requested on your arrival.
Tourist tax 1 € /day/person in addition.
